The search field should have a button to empty the field
When something has been entered into the search field, a small X should appear on the right side of the field that allows emptying the field when you click it. Similar to how it works on the Google homepage.

Drag and drop emails
It would be nice if I could drag and drop emails from Outlook to Wieldy to create thoughts. And if you could drag it on a project that would be nice too. I often receive emails that ask me to do something. Now I need to copy this to Wieldy. A drag&drop would be quicker.

Right now Wieldy should be able to store references to Outlook E-Mails by dropping them on the reference section.
I assume you want to drop the E-Mail onto the todolist and after dropping the Window "Create new Thought" will be shown and the notes section is filled with the E-Mails content?

Which version (portable/setup) are you using?
If you use the installer version, then your data will be stored inside the user folder. Which means each user will have it's own datafile. The default location/filename is:
C:\Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\Wieldy\Local.dat
Did you change the file location inside the settings of Wieldy?
Did you ensure that Wieldy is started with the same user?

Category filter changes when section is changed
When I set up a category filter and then change the current section (e.g. from "Today" to "Next" or "Delegated"), the category filter is not kept, but it seems every section remembers its own category filter.
This makes it very difficult to search for tasks where you know in which category they are, but not in which section.
Moreover, this behavior is different from the behavior of the search box which keeps its value between sections. I would expect a consistent behavior since they both appear in the same "filter" section of the ribbon.

I agree that the current implementation is not consistent and may confuse the user. Though, the current implementation is the way i like the most :-) I will think about a consistent implementation. Thank you for your suggestion.
