HIDE ALL MENU COMMAND

Hello Kevin, as You can hide the navigation pane it would be useful to hide also the menu bar. In this way You are only left with the task list. It's similar to the "Quick View" but you can still access to all the functionality.

This can already be done. Just doubleclick on the header ("items" or "tools") of the ribbon tab pages. The ribbon will the be hidden and will only show as a floating window when you click on the tab entries.
