TAG LIST DISAPPEARS BEFORE34 I CAN CLICK

WHEN I CLICK ON TAG LIST IT DISAPPEARS BEHIND THE HELP SCREEN AND i CANNOT SELECT A TAG.  I HAVE TO CLICK ON IT AND THEN USE THE DOWN ARROW AND THEN THE ENTER KEY TO USE A TAG

The bug is known and will be fixed when moving to .NET 4.0. Which i have planned for the release after the next one.
