How can I update to a new version?
I have tried to install the new wieldy version but I don't know how to import my current items. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your answer!
I use the portable version. I have tried to copy the "old version" of local.dat into the new directory but it didn't work. Wieldy does not load it.

Can you tell me from which Version you are upgrading?
I did a simple test by using the V0.2.7 release version, creating
a datafile and using this with V3.0.0.
Do you use password encryption?

Can you also copy the settings.xml to the new directory, beside the data file.
Does this solve your issues? When you start the new version of Wieldy, does it ask you for the password?

Which version (portable/setup) are you using?
If you use the installer version, then your data will be stored inside the user folder. Which means each user will have it's own datafile. The default location/filename is:
C:\Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\Wieldy\Local.dat
Did you change the file location inside the settings of Wieldy?
Did you ensure that Wieldy is started with the same user?
