How can i translate wieldy in my native language (Portuguese)?

Unfortunately i don't speak portuguese so i would need your help.
I can send you an xml file with the english translations and you can change them to portuguese translations then. After that i can include the language with all future releases.
Just let me know if your willing to help me. Of course i will give you the credits for this.

Have you a *po file? It would be much easier to translate with Poedit? If not i will try it this way.
I checked the web for a resx to po translator. Unfortunately i couldn't find one.
