Right now it will only be expanded. Collapsing is dooable but more tricky in case of usability. That is because when you expand a thought, it is full of input fields and other controls. That's why i haven't enabled it.

Is a global search possible with Wieldy?
Under "filter" there is a search box where you can search the current list. Is there a way to search over all actions, no matter in which list they are stored? I think that's very important. Sometimes I know I have entered a task with certain keywords, but do not remember in which list I had put that task.

Right now there is no global search function. But i see that it would be a useful feature. I will plan it for one of the comming releases

Problem with next actions for projects
Currently, it seems any tasks moved to a project folder is automatically also contained in the "next actions" folder.
This is not really reflecting the strict GTD concept of a project and next actions. It should be possible to mark only one or several of the tasks in the project as "next actions", while the others are simply sitting there and do not show up in the "next actions" list because they are not relevant now.

I'm not sure about this, but i think that all actions of a project should be put on the next list. But i see the point, that maybe an action depends on another one and thus can only be done when the dependend action has been done already.

Better toolbar icons?
it's great wieldy uses the ribbon ui but i think the icons should need a little improvement. it's not really nice looking with all those big pixels.

That's true. Unfortunately i am not a good grafics artist. If you have a icon set which can be used for free, i would be happy to replace the icons.

Create thoughts faster
Maybe it would be usefull to double click the tray icon to create a new thought/action.

I have rework the system-wide shortcut (currently Win+N). Beside that, i'm not sure how else i can improve Wieldy about this point. I am open for your suggestions and ideas.

someday/delegated/scheduled/hold should be more like tags
currently, someday/delegated/scheduled/hold are like a project. so, an item in someday can't be put in to a project. but, an item in someday can belong to a certain project. right?

Projects and someday, delegated, scheduled, hold are now differently handled. Starting with V0.2.7.834

Auto-save:
I have Wieldy open in the tray, and use it every once in a while. I am always worried to do a change and forget to save it. As Wieldy already has a "backup copies" feature, it would be great to have it auto-save everything every X minutes.

It´d be great if I could directly open a link to an url from a Tought (description).
